Where do the addresses come from?
Public county property records, the same ones the assessor keeps. No purchased lists and no skip tracing.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans pause or cancel any time. Prepaying three or six months is cheaper and isn't refundable. Auto-renew is on when you buy and off with one click, and the drops you've paid for always mail.
Will my competitors mail the same homes?
Not through Picket. Every home on your drop is held for you: no other Picket contractor in your trade can mail it for 6 months after your card goes out, and it's held while you review your drop and while you're paused.
