Pause any month. In your slow season we'll suggest it ourselves. Your homes stay held until you're back, and undeliverable cards are always credited.
Pricing questions
What's included in the price per card?
Everything: picking and scoring your homes, writing every card specifically for its house, design, printing, First-Class postage, a QR code unique to every card, your tracking phone number, your landing page, the dashboard and the door-knock map.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly cancels any time. Prepaying three or six months is cheaper and isn't refundable. Every plan has an auto-renew switch: it's on when you buy, and you can turn it off any time on your plan page. We email you a week before a prepaid plan renews. The drops you've paid for always mail.
Can I pause or skip a batch?
Yes. Pause for up to six months, from your plan page or from the email we send before every batch. We'll even suggest it in your slow season. You can also skip a single batch (it isn't refunded). Your homes stay held for you while you're paused, and a monthly plan isn't charged.
What if a card can't be delivered?
The post office tells us, and the card is credited back to you automatically. You don't have to ask.
What does "held for you" mean?
Once we mail a home for you, no other Picket contractor in your trade can mail it for 6 months.
Can I change my volume?
Any time. Move between plans month to month.
We run several crews or markets. Is there a corporate rate?
Yes. For more than 1,000 cards a month, several locations or several trades under one company, email help@getpicket.ai and we'll quote volume pricing with one invoice and a dashboard per crew.
Can a homeowner ask not to be mailed?
Yes, and we honor it for every business we mail for. Every card carries a stop link, and the landing page has one too.
